Surcharge to attach 1 set of leaders to any Table Runner, Extra Small, Small, or Medium Quilt Project.  

A leader set is a pair of fabric strips that are sewn onto a quilt backing to artificially increase the size of the quilt backing to make it large enough to be loaded onto the quilt frame. Leaders are removed after the quilting process.
